    SCOPE: Parking garage and balcony repairs, replacement of the aluminum railing system and all windows and doors.

    This project is expected to be completed within a 60 week schedule and is one of the largest restoration projects currently ongoing in Toronto.

    • extensive concrete repairs to the balconies and garage slabs
    • removal and replacement of the suspended ramp slab
    • reconstruction of the intermediate slab ledge beams and expansion joints
    • new aluminum railing system complete with divider panels
    • re-caulking of the building
    • new aluminum windows and doors
    • new roof anchor system
    • waterproofing isolated balconies
